Why?
- Training at a level suited to your physical condition is both safer and more effective. That’s right, you’re less likely to hurt yourself, and you’ll get fit faster.
- Starting a fitness activity for the first time should always be a positive experience, whether you are new to a fitness activity or training in general. Build a good foundation first, take it to a new level when you’re ready.
- Also, coming back to the gym, either after a long period of time without exercise, or after an injury can be challenging. Here too, a slow start is required. You shouldn’t have to catch up to the rest of your gym every time.
- Conversely, the generic classes available on the market do not usually provide enough intensity for those wanting to push their fitness level and step outside their comfort zone. Some people just need a harder challenge.
- Working out should feel rewarding. Advancing to higher levels gives you a clear sense of progression, by allowing you to set simple goals that will improve your physical condition.
